Is there a free trial?+
The annual plan includes a 7-day free trial. You're charged for the first year when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. The monthly plan has no trial.
How do I cancel?+
Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Can I get a refund?+
Payments are processed by Apple or Google, and refund requests are handled by them under their own policies.
Do I need an account?+
No. There is no Didentify account. Your subscription is billed to your Apple ID or Google account through the store.
Does Pro change how my documents are handled?+
No. Documents are processed on your device on both plans. Purchases are validated by RevenueCat using an anonymous ID, and no document content is ever sent. The privacy policy lists exactly what RevenueCat receives.
