What to include.
Tell us which platform you use, what you were trying to do, and what happened. Please do not attach sensitive documents, unredacted files, personal identifiers, passwords, or private keys. Didentify Docs is designed to keep documents on your device, and support questions usually do not require the document itself.
Report a concern
Describe the affected platform, app version, and steps to reproduce the issue. Remove personal information from screenshots before sending them.
Help us improve access
Tell us about barriers involving navigation, display, assistive technology, motion, contrast, or any other part of the experience.

Motu Dev LLC develops and publishes Didentify. There is no separate Didentify corporation. We review messages sent to the address above and use the information you choose to provide only to understand and respond to your request.
Privacy reminder
Never email an original document just to demonstrate a redaction problem. A description, a blank sample, or a document created with fictional information is safer and usually enough for troubleshooting.
